What Time is it ?

5-21-09 late Thursday night, Holy Spirit showed me a vision of the earth. I saw the earth and it was a like a clock. The clock on the earth was set at five minutes to seven O’clock. As I pondered this vision the Lord showed me a few things and what I believe this vision means. The number 7 is the number of completion and perfection. Also, since the second hand was set at five minutes before seven, 5 is the number of grace. It takes grace to be complete in Christ. I believe the time we are in right now as the Bride of Christ is 5 minutes to 7 o’clock. The 5 minutes we have until it reaches 7 is going to be a great grace period to get His bride to the place of perfection and completion. I believe that we are UPON the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit that the earth has ever witnessed. Greater than what took place in Acts 2 at the day of Pentecost. We are going to witness and do the greater things that Jesus spoke of (John 14:12). I believe that this coming outpouring of the Spirit is going to reap the greatest harvest of souls on the face of the earth. We are going to see miracles, signs and wonders on a daily basis. Such as has not been seen yet on the earth. The dead are going to be raised; limbs are going to grow back, demons are going to be cast out. The Spirit of wisdom and Revelation is going to increase along with the Fear of the Lord and the Holiness of the Lord is going to be upon every believer in Christ. Every manner of sickness and every manner of disease will be healed and be burned away by the power of the Spirit through the Bride of Christ. We are going to see creative miracles and all these things will be normal as the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit is normal Kingdom living.

When I was asking Lord the meaning of this vision of the earth like a clock, I was led to Haggai 2:6-9 which says in the New King James Version “For thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; 7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the LORD of hosts. 8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts. 9 ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the LORD of hosts.”

I like how the Message bible says it. “This is what God-of-the-Angel-Armies said: 'Before you know it, I will shake up sky and earth, ocean and fields. And I'll shake down all the godless nations. They'll bring bushels of wealth and I will fill this Temple with splendor.' God-of-the-Angel-Armies says so.

I own the silver,
I own the gold.'
Decree of God-of-the-Angel-Armies.
This Temple is going to end up FAR BETTER than it started out, a glorious beginning but an even more GLORIOUS FINISH: a place in which I will hand out wholeness and holiness.' Decree of God-of-the-Angel-Armies."

I believe that All nations are going to come to the Desire of All Nations who is Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of lords. Also the church is going to experience great rest from her labors as the Lord is building this latter house, the church. Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain that build it. (Psalm 127:1). Also, this is a time to get intimately acquainted with the Holy Spirit. It is time to take oil into your lamps…time to take in the fullness of the Spirit into our spirit, as the spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord. (Proverbs 20:27) This is not a time for the Bride of Jesus Christ to be sleeping. It is a time of getting close to Holy Spirit, it is time to know Him.

I just want to declare and decree blessings, favor and revelation of the Spirit over you and the love of your Father in Heaven. The best place to get to know Him is in your private prayer closet. I like to call this place the secret place. It’s a place of being intimate with your Father in Heaven. A place of soaking and being like Mary in the bible, sitting at Jesus feet.

We are a portal people!

It's supernatural to minister to people out of a heart that is filled with the love of God. It is my job as an ambassador of Jesus Christ to bring others into an encounter with Him. It says in 2 Corinthians 5:20 that we are now ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us to the world to be reconciled to God. We are a portal people, a window into His world so that others can peer into where WE live. I say WE live, because the scripture says in 1 Corinthians 6:17 he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. It also states in 1 John 4:17 as He is, IS means NOW at this present time. As He is, so are we in this world. One must ask themselves this one question, how is He right now at this very moment? I got good news for you; He is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. He is glorified, holy, perfect and He rules and reigns over ALL. Friend, if you are in Christ and Christ is in you then that is also our present and current position in Christ right now in this world. We are seated with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus according to Ephesians 2:6. You see we are sons and daughters of the King. We are heirs of God the Father and co-heirs of Jesus our big Brother. Everything that belongs to Jesus, and He has all, also belongs to us. We are kings and priests unto Him who is the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Right now the earth at this present time is experiencing what Romans 8:19 says, for even the earth waits and groans for the earnest expectation of the revealing of the sons of God. I got good news my friend, the sons and daughters of God are here on earth now. You see even the earth itself will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. We are now children of God because He has bestowed His love on us as His dear children. See 1 John 3:1.

God is love and He is looking for lovers who burn with passionate fire in their hearts and love for Him. Likewise He also burns with passionate fire in His heart for us. It was His love for us that kept Jesus nailed to the cross for 6 long hours. It was His PASSION for us that held Him there nailed, beaten and bloodied. What kind of love is this you may be asking? That God Himself would become a man and die a cruel death. I tell you God is LOVE. It's His nature. It's who He is. I will say it again, God is Love and He is a Lover.

Now back to being ambassadors of Jesus Christ. It is our job and service unto Him and to the world to bring others into an encounter with Him who lives forever and who is Glory and Beauty. We have the same Glory in us. Jesus Christ lives in us and He is our Glory. See Colossians 1:27. It is Christ in us the hope of Glory. We are one with Him in spirit, soul and body. The Lord wants so desperately and with burning desire to reveal Himself through His people to a lost and dying world. That's where we, His Body comes into play. God always needed man and a group of people to accomplish His plans and purposes in the earth. All through history we can see where God always used men and women who were completely and whole heartedly sold out for and yielded to Him. See 2 Chronicles 16:9.

God wants to preserve man. Jesus said that we are the salt of the earth. Salt in Jesus' time was used as a preservative. Jesus said have salt in yourselves. See Mark 9:50. So since we have been given such an AWESOME mandate from the Lord, it is a privilege to lead others to the place of salvation (sozo) - is the Greek word for salvation which means salvation, healing and deliverance for the complete man. Spirit, soul and body. But that is another topic for another time. In Genesis 32:30 Jacob, one of the patriarchs and who is Israel had an AWESOME encounter with the One who is Love. You see you become like those whom you encounter. Israel means prince of God. Now that is an awesome title to have, and that from God. In this particular piece of scripture Jacob was very fearful and afraid for his life because he was about to meet with his brother Esau. Jacob earlier in His life actually stole Esau's birthright and blessing of the firstborn through trickery. Jacob's name actually means trickster or supplanter. When Jacob was done with encountering God, his name was changed to Israel, which means prince of God. Did Jacob earn this title you may ask ? No way. We cannot earn anything from God. You see another facet of God is that He is full of grace and mercy. It is God's love for Jacob and by His grace He met Jacob when he was alone. It's always by God's grace when we encounter Him. God changed Jacob's character before he met his brother Esau in answer to Jacob's prayer. Read Genesis 32 in its entirety. Jacob cried out to God when he found out Esau was coming to meet him with 400 hundred men. And in so doing, Jacob was able to be reconciled to Esau with favor and with right motives and without fear. You see true men and women of God have no fear but the fear of the Lord. I like what Leonard Ravenhill said “A man who is intimate with God is not intimidated by man”. I find this to be true in my own life through my relationship with the Lord. After this encounter with God by wrestling with Him (Jesus) all night, Jacob was radically transformed. That’s why Jacob called the place Penuel: For I have seen God face to face, - means literally the face of God: and my life is preserved. After this encounter with the Lord, Jacob experienced great favor and blessings from the Lord. Likewise, since we who are the Body of Christ have also encountered Him who is Love and we have also experienced the place of preservation, great favor and blessings. Let us let others peer into the place of preservation. The place of preservation is the place of reconciliation, the place of freedom, the place of love, the place of healing, the place of peace, the place of rest, the place where we understand who we are as sons and daughters of the King, because we understand who HE IS. The place where destiny and dreams are revived and hope is renewed. The place where we walk with Him and are one with Him. Let the radical, passionate and burning love of God cause us and move us to let others have this radical encounter with their Creator. We owe it to Him and to the world.

So the blogging begins!

Hello out there in blog land. This is my first blog and the reason I decided to start this blog is to write about and share my life experiences with my best friend. My best friend is very GREAT and AWESOME . He is very close to me and I am close to Him. His name is Jesus and yes, He is my best friend. I know Him and He knows me. The scripture in the Bible says that Jesus is our friend. See John 15:13-17. Jesus says that all believers in Him and those who keep His commands are His friends. You too can be His friend by just believing and talking to Him. He loves you and has already forgiven you, all you have to do is receive His forgiveness. It's all of Grace and this is also the title of my Blog, "The Grace Blog".

I plan writing on this blog when I have time and when I feel like sharing. I don't expect it will be everyday, but it will be updated often enough! This is not high priority to me and it will be something I do in my spare time, which will not be much.

Today after I got home from work while I was checking my facebook, I came across a guy named Brian Head Welch. He is the former co-founder and guitarist of the heavy metal rock band called Korn. He left the band when he gave His life to Jesus. He had an experience with Jesus. Once anyone has an experience with the King of kings and Lord of lords, no other experience can compare or even come close. Jesus is the Highest of Highs.
